16th Annual Sports Meet

The Annual Sports Day of Parle Tilak Vidyalaya (ICSE) was an exhilarating event that took place on Sunday, 22nd October 2023. The day was marked by a splendid opening ceremony with a majestic march-past by students from various houses. Our esteemed Chief Guest, Ms. Neha Sapte, Shiv Chhatrapati Award Winner in Rifle Shooting, added prestige to the occasion with an inspiring inaugural address. The President of PTVA Shri. Anil Ganu motivated the students with his august presence.

Students showcased their athletic abilities in track and field events, including sprint races, long jump, shuttle race, obstacle race, and relay races. The inter-house competitions saw spirited performances in games like tug of war . Cultural performances, including yoga, mass drill and gymnastics and the gala opening ceremony enthralled the audience. The day concluded with a prize distribution ceremony, recognizing outstanding talent and sportsmanship. This event not only promoted physical fitness but also taught life skills such as teamwork, leadership, accountability, patience, and self-confidence and prepared the students to face life challenges.
