Makar Sankranti Kite Making Activity for Grades 6 and 7!
Students of PTV ICSE, grades 6 and 7 had an amazing time making kites for Makar Sankranti! They learned about the significance of the festival, explored different kite designs, and got creative with materials like newspaper, bamboo sticks, and colourful paper.
The activity helped students develop their fine motor skills, shape recognition, and creativity while learning about the cultural significance of Makar Sankranti. They had a blast decorating their kites with vibrant colours and patterns, and some even added special touches like glitter and stickers.
