NOTICE FOR ADMISSION TO STD 1 FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2025-26
Registration forms will be available online from 18th October to 31st October 2024.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
AGE CRITERIA: Children completing 6 years of age on or before 31.12.2025 will be eligible for admission to Standard I. Children whose date of Birth falls between 1st October, 2018 to 31st December, 2019 (both days inclusive).
SCHOOL TIMINGS:
PRIMARY SECTION: Std I to V – 12:50 P.M. To 06:00 P.M.
SECONDARY SECTION: Std VI to VIII – 06:55 A.M. To 12:30 P.M.
Std IX & X – 06:55 A.M. To 01:00 P.M.
SCHOOL TRANSPORT: School does not provide transport facility .i.e. School Bus. Parents will have to
arrange for their own transport facility for the child to commute to the school.
REGISTRATION FORM FEES: Rs. 500/- only. (To be paid online).
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED (Clear scanned copies in pdf format):
- i) Birth Certificate of child issued by Municipal Corporation or equivalent
- ii) Aadhar card of child
iii) Current Residential Address proof of parents – Any one document from below mentioned in the name of either of the parent. (Passport OR latest Electricity bill OR Aadhar Card / UID Card OR Voter –Id issued OR Registration page if staying on rent with valid period.
- iv) K.G. –Progress Card OR student Id card OR fee receipt.
- v) K.G. – Final Report Card.
- vi) Both the parent’s Educational Qualification Certificates (only of final degree).
vii) Relevant documents in case of single parent i.e. separated/ divorced parents.
SIBLING INFORMATION: Only real brother /sister’s information has to be filled in the form as siblings.
STEPS TO BE FOLLOWED FOR THE ADMISSION PROCESS:
- Click on the admission registration form link.(Given at the end of the instructions)
- Fill up the form and upload the necessary documents.
- Review the filled up form carefully
- Pay the registration fees of Rs. 500/- online and generate the receipt.
- Submit the filled in form and take a print out of the same.
- Parents will be intimated through a phone call /e-mail for the schedule of interactive session. .
- Admission will be confirmed through an email after the interactive session is completed.
KINDLY NOTE REGISTRATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE ADMISSION.
THE DECISION OF THE SCHOOL AUTHORITY WILL BE FINAL.
VERY IMPORTANT
- ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE will have to be submitted at the time of admission without which the admission will not be granted. The original birth certificate will be retained in the school office as per the requirements of the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination.
- CASTE CERTIFICATE: If the child belongs to a reserved category a certified Xerox copy of the caste certificate in the name of the child from Executive Magistrate should be submitted at the time of admission. The caste and the sub-caste caste will be entered in the School General Register only if the above-mentioned certificate is submitted.
IMPORTANT NOTE: PARENTS MUST CARRY THE PRINT OUT OF THE REGISTRATION FORM AND ALL THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS UPLOADED AT THE TIME OF INTERACTION FOR VERIFICATION PURPOSE.
