Harmonious Crescendo – Inter Class Group Singing Competition in the PTV ICSE (Secondary Section)

The school auditorium of Parle Tilak Vidyalaya (ICSE) was alive with vibrant melodies and electrifying performances as students from grade 6 to 8 showcased their vocal talents in an Inter – Class Group Singing Competition held on 18th August, 2023. The event featured an exciting theme of “Western Mashup Rock and Pop,” offering a unique blend of genres that had the audience on the edge of their seats. Each class presented its own creative rendition of iconic rock and pop hits, fusing different styles to create mesmerizing mashups that left everyone in awe. The esteemed panel of judges for the event included Ms. Ushma Asher and Mr. Denver Nimma. Both judges brought a wealth of experience and expertise to the competition. The judges’ insightful feedback and valuable guidance provided the young singers with an incredible learning experience. As the performances came to an end, the tension in the auditorium reached its peak as the results were announced.
The winning teams were congratulated and awarded certificates by the school’s principal, Dr. Mrs. Arnavaz Bhagat and the judges.
The winning teams from each grade are: Grade VI C, Grade VII B and Grade VIII A. Our principal, Dr. Mrs. Arnavaz Bhagat appreciated the students’ dedication, teamwork, and passion for music as their harmonious voices and synchronized efforts demonstrated the power of collaboration and unity. The Inter – Class Group Singing Competition served as a remarkable platform for students to express their passion for music, collaborate with their peers, and receive valuable guidance from experienced judges. The fusion of Western Mashup Rock and Pop theme added an exciting twist to the event, making it a truly unforgettable experience for everyone involved.
