On 9th June, 2023, Parle Tilak Vidyalaya (ICSE) felt proud to celebrate its 16th ‘Founder’s Day’ with great enthusiasm and joy. 

An atmosphere of celebration was created in the school auditorium by the students of the secondary section who presented the assembly with full enthusiasm and vigour. 

The event started with a prayer song to seek blessings from the almighty. 

We had amidst us Dr. Kapil Chitale, the first batch topper of ICSE of the year 2015. He spoke about his journey in the school where he learnt about life, ambition, mission, friendship, the discipline that the school taught him and then his subjects. His inspiring words left the students feeling overwhelmed and encouraged. 

Ms. Sajiree Lele shared her thoughts on how the school provided her with opportunities to excel in her hobbies and in academics equally. 

A presentation was made showcasing the achievements of the school on various fields during the last 16 years. 

Our Principal, Dr. Mrs. Arnavaz Bhagat appreciated the support of the management and the efforts taken by the teaching and non teaching staff of the school in reaching excellence in academics as well as in co-curricular activities.

Our Vice Principal, Mrs. Geena Mathew narrated a story to inspire the students to develop ‘The Never Give Up Attitude’ and to discover one’s potential. 

Students of grade 9 were felicitated by our Principal, Dr. Mrs. Arnavaz Bhagat and our guest of honour Dr. Kapil Chitale for their great efforts in helping the students of grade 10 who faced difficulties with reading and writing their ICSE Board Examination 2023.

The event was summed up by a dance and by praising the efforts of the entire fraternity and students of the school.
