Parle Tilak Vidyalaya (ICSE) Spreading Joy

The Primary and Secondary School of Parle Tilak Vidyalaya (ICSE) recently organized the “Joy of Gifting” activity to bring smiles and warmth to the lives of underprivileged children. In this heartwarming philanthropic endeavor, the students and staff enthusiastically participated in selecting thoughtful gifts tailored to the needs and interests of each child. On 9th December 2023, the gifts were sent to Shamlatai Bidkar Asharamshala Ware, Dindori, with the help of Rajeshree Foundation – Sharing is Caring, a charitable organization that tirelessly works to improve the lives of underprivileged communities.

The school’s initiative was a powerful expression of empathy and compassion, transcending socio-economic barriers. The main objective of this act was not only to foster a sense of community among the students but also to instill a lifelong understanding of the joy that comes from selfless acts of generosity. The “Joy of Gifting” activity stands as a shining example of how education extends beyond textbooks, nurturing the values of empathy and social responsibility in our students.
