Republic Day Mass Assembly: PTV ICSE (PRIMARY SECTION)
On 26th January, 2024, Parle Tilak Vidyalaya (ICSE) Primary Section commemorated 75th Republic Day with a grand Mass Assembly that commenced with an enlightening address by the Principal, Dr. (Mrs.) Arnavaz Bhagat. The Principal emphasised the significance of Republic Day, urging students to take pride in their nation.
The cultural program unfolded, showcasing the diversity and talent of the student body. The program featured a speech in Marathi, a vibrant dance performance, a Hindi poem recitation, and a patriotic song, fostering a sense of national pride among the attendees.
A highlight of the event was the prize distribution segment, where accolades were bestowed upon the winners of the Geeta Chanting Competition and the Asset Second Level Gold Scholars. This recognition not only celebrated individual achievements but also encouraged a spirit of healthy competition and excellence.
This day also marks the one-year anniversary of the PTVA newsletter, “Darpan”. The principal spoke about the newsletter’s journey, underscoring its role in fostering communication and unity within the PTVA schools. Mrs. Arunima Dave, the Cultural Head of the primary section, was felicitated for her contribution to “Darpan.” Mrs. Arunima, in turn, motivated students to cultivate a habit of reading and contribute actively to the newsletter, reinforcing the sense of community engagement.
