Session on Buddhu to Buddha by Dr. Ram Chaddha – On the Occasion of Teachers’ Day
PTVA Honorary Treasurer, Shri Bansidhar Dhurandhar Sir, organised a special Teachers’ Day session titled “Buddhu to Buddha” for the entire staff of all PTVA schools. The event was held on September 4 at the PTV (ICSE) Auditorium.
The session was conducted by Dr. Ram Chaddha, MBBS, MS (Orthopaedics), Consultant Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon at Lilavati Hospital, Bandra, Mumbai. With more than 35 years of rich experience in spine surgery, Dr. Chaddha has an illustrious list of accomplishments.
In his talk, Dr. Chaddha took the audience on a thought-provoking journey of self-growth and leadership. He distinguished between role models and mentors, stressed the value of integrity with the maxim “better to fail with honour than succeed by fraud”, and offered strategies such as Reboot–Reset–Restart to overcome stress and burnout.
He urged teachers to lead with passion, purpose, compassion, and consistency, while valuing teamwork over individualism. Drawing on real-life examples and inspiring stories, he reminded everyone that transformation begins within, helping us truly evolve from Buddhu to Buddha.
Shri Bansidhar Dhurandhar Sir also addressed the gathering, speaking to the teaching community about their invaluable role in shaping students’ lives.
The session was enriching, motivational, and memorable, leaving a lasting impact on the entire PTVA staff.
