Vasundhara- In Tune With Nature

The students of the Primary and the Secondary Sections of Parle Tilak Vidyalaya (ICSE) were seen in tune with Nature at the Science Exhibition on 19th October 2022. The Exhibition was inaugurated by the Chief Guest, Mr. Kaustubh Gondhlekar (Vice President, PTA). The aim of the exhibition was to take the Sanjeevani Project from classroom to community. The students of both sections participated in this exhibition with great zeal and enthusiasm. There were different exhibits like the Seeds- The Superheroes, Soil-mania, Beej Sanskar, Vegetative Propagation, Ecosystem, Herbs- The Gift of Nature, Drip irrigation, Vermicomposting / Organic Farming, Vertical Garden connected to Mulch, and Space Odyssey. There was a quiz session set up to test the knowledge of viewers. The students also presented a role play on the renowned environmentalist Ms. Sunita Narain.

The exhibition was graced by the presence of our Managing Committee Members Shri. Anil Ganu (President, PTVA), Shri. Vinay Jog (Vice President PTVA), Shri. Dilip Pethe (Secretary PTVA), and Mrs. Snehalata Deshmukh (Member of the Board PTVA). Shri. Tushar Desai, the mentor, and guide behind the Sanjeevani Project was thrilled to see the quantum of work done by the students in making the project a success. The guests and the audience were enthralled and amazed at the tremendous hard work put in by the students and their teachers. The Principal, Dr. (Mrs.) Arnavaz Bhagat appreciated the beautiful displays and encouraged the students.
