On August 1, 2025, students from both the Primary and Secondary Sections of Parle Tilak Vidyalaya (ICSE) paid tribute to Lokmanya Tilak on his Punyatithi through a heartfelt class assembly. The program featured a poem highlighting Tilak’s patriotism, a speech on his pivotal role in India’s freedom movement, and a soulful song honoring his lasting legacy. The Principal, staff, and students expressed their deep respect, reflecting on his inspirational influence on India’s path to independence. To further commemorate the occasion, a handwriting competition was held for Grades 3 to 10, while students in Grades 1 and 2 participated in a colouring activity—both fostering creative expressions of their admiration for Tilak.
