Book Club Activity – “If This Book Were a Letter to the World”

The students of the secondary section of Parle Tilak Vidyalaya ICSE participated in a creative and reflective Book Club activity titled “If This Book Were a Letter to the World.”

Students explored powerful books like The Kite Runner, I Am Malala, and Night, and wrote letters from the perspective of the book or its characters, sharing its message with the world. These letters were presented in handmade or digital envelopes/postcards and displayed on the “Postcards from Powerful Pages” Wall.

The activity concluded with voting for categories like Most Inspiring Letter and a lively mini panel discussion on which book character could make a great world leader.

It was a meaningful blend of reading, empathy, creativity, and expression.
