“Promoting Ecological Responsibility: A Sanjeevani Activity at Parle Tilak Vidyalaya (ICSE)”
On the occasion of World Environment Day, Parle Tilak Vidyalaya (ICSE) organized a “Sanjeevani Activity” to promote environmental consciousness among the students.
Students of grades 9 and 10 enthusiastically planted saplings in pots and arranged hanging planters across the school premises,contributing to a greener campus. The activity emphasized the significance of sustainability and ecological responsibility.
The initiative proved to be both enriching and inspiring, encouraging students to adopt environmentally responsible practices in their daily lives.
The activity aligns with the objectives of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 that advocates the integration of environmental awareness and sustainable practices within education, encouraging students to cultivate sensitivity towards conservation and ecological well-being.
