Students of grades 9 and 10 of PTV (ICSE) attend a highly informative workshop on obesity

A highly informative workshop on obesity was organized for the students of grades 9 and 10 of PTV(ICSE) on 5th October 2023. The workshop was an initiative of Dr. Surekha Dhurandhar from PTVA. Under the guidance of the panel of doctors from IAP [The Mumbai Branch of the Indian Academy of Pediatrics] like Dr. Nehal Shah, Dr. Jagruti Sanghvi and Dr. Neha Nabar the students were provided  valuable insights into the causes, risks, and prevention of obesity, empowering them with the knowledge to make healthier choices in their lives.  The Principal, Dr. (Mrs.) Arnavaz Bhagat appreciated the team and their commitment to the well-being of the students which  was evident in the success of this educational endeavor. The Principal also expressed her gratitude to Mrs. Janhavi Khandekar (Chief Coordinator of PTVA) for being a part of the workshop. The session was well-received, with students showing enthusiasm and engagement throughout.
