Creativity Unleashed! Learning Beyond the Classroom
Bagless Days at Parle Tilak Vidyalaya ICSE from 6th October to 8th October, 2026, turned into a vibrant celebration of creativity for students of Grades 6 to 8.
From colourful torans and beautiful wall hangings to intricate Mandala art, vibrant Rangoli designs on board , beautiful photo frames, decorated envelopes , imaginative masks, painted jute bags and stunning glass paintings, our young artists explored a world of colours, patterns and possibilities. The sessions provided a refreshing break from routine classroom learning while fostering confidence, collaboration and the joy of learning by doing.
These hands-on activities nurtured creativity, fine motor skills, patience, concentration and self-expression while encouraging teamwork, innovation and an appreciation for Indian art and craft. They also highlighted the importance of experiential learning, sustainability and learning valuable life skills beyond textbooks.
Learning by doing, creating with joy and discovering hidden talents — that’s the spirit of Bagless Days!
