Honouring the Guiding Lights: Teachers’ Day Celebration at Parle Tilak Vidyalaya ICSE.
Parle Tilak Vidyalaya ICSE celebrated Teachers’ Day with great enthusiasm, warmth, and heartfelt appreciation. Thoughtfully conceptualised and presented by the students of Grade X, the programme was a sincere tribute to the teachers who illuminate the path of knowledge, inspire young minds, and nurture students into confident and responsible individuals.
The celebration commenced with a gracious welcome, setting the stage for an enriching and memorable programme. This was followed by an inspiring address by the Principal, Dr. Mrs. Arnavaz Bhagat, who eloquently emphasised the profound role of teachers in shaping the character, aspirations, and future of their students.
A delightful medley of melodious songs added a vibrant and celebratory spirit to the occasion. The celebration included a series of engaging and entertaining games, interspersed with exciting rounds of spot prizes, creating moments of laughter and joy.
A heartfelt speech expressing gratitude by a student of Grade 10, provided a touching reflection on the invaluable contribution of teachers. Through sincere words of appreciation, the students acknowledged the unwavering dedication, patience, guidance, and encouragement that teachers extend to them each day.
The programme was further enlivened by a graceful dance performance, which added colour and elegance to the celebration. The occasion also featured the felicitation of the winners of the CISCE Poetry Writing Competition, organised on the occasion of Teachers’ Day, celebrating the creativity and literary talent of the students.
A significant and solemn moment of the celebration was the Teachers’ Oath, which reaffirmed the educators’ commitment to their noble profession and their responsibility towards guiding and empowering future generations.
